Decades live online

Music across the 1960s and 1970s

This station carries decade tags for the 1960s and 1970s. Unlike a genre label, a decade gives a time reference: pop, rock, dance and other styles can belong to the same period. This helps distinguish a retrospective selection from a focus on new releases; the tags do not mean that every recording falls exclusively within those decades.

A varied music selection

A variety format leaves room for different styles instead of promising a single-genre selection. Its appeal is the opportunity to move between contrasting sounds within one station. The label does not specify which artists or release periods will be played, so a short listen is more informative than assuming a fixed musical mood.
